HOW WE WORK
If you prefer a customised fitness program and receive guidance, instruction, and support during workouts a One-on-One Personal Training session is for you.
We can assess your fitness level, goals, and any health issues to create a tailored fitness program that addresses your specific needs and limitations. We will provide you with specific instruction on exercises, form, and technique, as well as offer feedback and corrections to help you perform exercises safely and effectively.
Undivided attention can help us identify any potential weaknesses or imbalances in your body and provide exercises to help prevent injury.
If one-on-one personal training is not for you, we also offer personal training in a small group environment. This is great for those who require increased motivation and provide a sense of community and support. Members from the group session can encourage each other to push through challenging workouts and achieve their fitness goals. And if you’re on a budget, training in a group is an affordable solution, as the costs remain the same per session. We feel it’s important to retain the healthy lifestyle and fitness training should be for everyone, not just the financially advantaged. A 30 or 45 minute session remains the same.
